- All requests for Lender Reports must be submitted online through our web service. Please visit https://www.communitymgt.com/real-estate-resources/ and click on the green Login link to access CondoCerts. If you have not yet registered, you will need to create an account before placing your order.
- When placing an order, you may request the Lender Report, which includes the current budget, financial statements, governing documents, and other applicable materials. The standard fee for this report is $175.
- You may also request a custom questionnaire to be completed for an additional $100. Orders are typically fulfilled within five full business days by Community Management, Inc. Rush processing is available for an additional $65, which reduces delivery to three full business days.
- For payment, a Third-Party Payment option is available, allowing you to send a payment link directly to the responsible party. Please note that additional taxes and fees may apply, including a 3% processing fee for credit card payments and a 0.57% Corporate Activity Tax for HOAs located in Oregon.
