All requests for Lender Reports must be submitted online through our web service. Please visit https://www.communitymgt.com/real-estate-resources/ and click on the green Login link to access CondoCerts. If you have not yet registered, you will need to create an account before placing your order.
When placing an order, you may request the Lender Report, which includes the current budget, financial statements, governing documents, and other applicable materials. The standard fee for this report is $175.
You may also request a custom questionnaire to be completed for an additional $100. Orders are typically fulfilled within five full business days by Community Management, Inc. Rush processing is available for an additional $65, which reduces delivery to three full business days.
For payment, a Third-Party Payment option is available, allowing you to send a payment link directly to the responsible party. Please note that additional taxes and fees may apply, including a 3% processing fee for credit card payments and a 0.57% Corporate Activity Tax for HOAs located in Oregon.
