Your home belongs to the Club Estates East Homeowners Association. A Board of Directors guides the Association. The Board is the governing body that regulates and enforces the rules and covenants and helps maintain, improve, and evolve the way of life in the CEE community.



The members of the Board are residents who volunteer their time and efforts in serving the community. These members are elected to their position. The Board meets once a month, usually the second Monday of the month. All meetings are open to the residents.



The bylaws and rules are found in the Homeowners Association Document provided to homeowners at the time the Board approves membership into the CEE Association. These documents can also be found on the Documents tab.



CEE has contracted with Community Management, Inc. (CMI) to assist the Board of Directors manage the community efficiently. CMI's primary responsibilities include financial management, vendor management, and legal and regulatory compliance.



The HOA monthly fees cover the cost of maintaining common areas and amenities in the community. These fees are based on the number of bedrooms in your condominium as follows:


  • One Bedroom: $321
  • Two Bedrooms: $357
  • Three Bedrooms: $393



The fees assessed by the Association cover expenses for:

  • Common area landscaping and irrigation
  • Maintenance of common areas
  • Amenities
  • Water
  • Solid waste disposal




You can report a maintenance issue by completing a maintenance request form (yellow slip) and depositing it in the office drop box. In case of emergency, you can contact the HOA board member responsible for the type of maintenance issue.
